3-Month Integrative Medicine Program - $2,500
Every new patient begins with a comprehensive 3-month program designed to deeply evaluate, address, and support your unique health concerns. This program includes an in-depth initial intake, where we review your full medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and any relevant labs. From there, we develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals and needs.
Over the course of the three months, you’ll have regular follow-up visits to monitor your progress, adjust your plan as needed, and provide continued support. This may include functional lab testing, nutritional and lifestyle guidance, supplement recommendations, and mind-body strategies. You’ll also have access to direct communication for questions and guidance between visits. Our goal during this time is not only to help you feel better, but to identify and address the root causes of your health concerns so you can build lasting wellness.
3 or 9 Month Continuation Program

After completing the initial 3-month program, patients have the option to continue their care with us through two extended program options designed to provide ongoing support and deeper healing.
You can choose to extend for an additional 3 months for $1,500 or commit to a more comprehensive 9-month extension for $3,999. These continued care plans include regular follow-up visits, progress evaluations, plan adjustments, and continued access to guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and any necessary testing. Many patients find that ongoing support helps reinforce long-term habits, address emerging concerns, and maintain momentum toward lasting health transformation.
